SARAJEVO, March 30 (Hina) - The Office of the High Representative in
Bosnia-Herzegovina (OHR) and the Stabilisation Force (SFOR)
command on Friday voiced support for the newly-elected Muslim and
Croat members of the state presidency, Beriz Belkic and Jozo
Krizanovic respectively, warning though they would not tolerate

We welcome their readiness to serve all citizens of this country,
Dutch General Peter Van Uhm told reporters in Sarajevo conveying
SFOR's stand on the newly-elected members of the Bosnia-
Herzegovina Presidency.
Krizanovic and Belkic were also supported by Deputy High
Representative Matthias Sonn.
The OHR expects that the now complete state presidency will be able
to take measures aimed at carrying out necessary economic and
political reforms in the country.
Sonn confirmed that OHR, UN and SFOR representatives today met the
highest officials of the country's Croat-Muslim entity (Federation
of Bosnia-Herzegovina) to discuss the political and security
situation in the entity.
A statement issued after the meeting read that the international
officials fully supported efforts made by the federal authorities
to secure respect for the law and protect the country's
constitutional order.
The also believe that current attempts aimed at establishing
illegal bodies of authority in some parts of the country are doomed
to failure.
Sonn did not want to speak about the details of the meeting, saying
only the international community would not announce measures it
intended to take in advance.
General Van Uhm said the latest events, affecting primarily the
position of the Bosnian Croat people, gave rise to concern.
Those responsible for the attempt to establish Croat self-rule are
the people who used the war for personal gain and who have continued
behaving the way they did while they were in power, he said.
The general called on BH citizens to support the newly-elected
state presidency, promising that the SFOR and the entire
international community would deal with those undertaking
activities violating the Dayton agreement.
