BELGRADE, Feb 1 (Hina) - Besides representatives of several European cities, a delegation of Zagreb, on Thursday attended the celebration of the day of the northern Yugoslav city of Novi Sad. Present at the celebrating events were
delegations from Dortmund, Norwich, Modena, Sarajevo, Tuzla, Banja Luka, Kranj, Ljubljana and Skopje. The five-member Zagreb delegation, led by city assembly chairman Goran Hill, arrived in Novi Sad on Wednesday evening and was welcomed by Gordana Comic, a vice-chairwoman of the Serbian assembly. After that Zagreb representatives held a brief meeting with officials of the Vojvodina chamber of commerce, who have since recently been active in the Croatian capital. The Zagreb delegation is travelling to the town of Subotica today to meet representatives of ethnic Croatian associations in Vojvodina.
