The loan has been granted for a four-year-long period, with the
annual interest rate of below four percent. The agent bank in this
transaction is the London-based Standard Bank.
The syndicate includes 17 banks, and thanks to interest of the
market and favourable conditions, the ESB concluded the agreement
on the 60-million loan instead of previously planned 40 million.
The joint arrangers of the loan were Erste Bank der
Oesterrichischen Sparkassen Ag and the Standard Bank, which
subscribed 5.5 million euros each.
