Krmpotic's lawyer Velimir Dosen told Hina on the phone that his
client was summonsed for the interview "as a suspect, but it is
still unknown what exactly he is charged with."
The lawyers said they assumed it would be about the Medak Pocket
operation.
An indictment which the ICTY issued against retired Croatian
general Janko Bobetko alleges that during the 1993 Medak Pocket
operation, at least 100 Serbs, including 29 civilians, were killed
in the villages Divoselo, Citluk and Pocitelj, and that the
villages were almost razed to the ground after the operation.
