ZAGREB, Nov 11 (Hina) - The president of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Premier Ivica Racan, said on Monday evening that he did not wish to debate on the conflict with the Croatian Peasants' Party (HSS) over the media because he
would meet HSS President Zlatko Tomcic in the next few days.

Ahead of a meeting of ruling coalition parliamentary benches which
should discuss the 2003 state budget, Racan said he did not see any
dramatic events in relations among the coalition partners. He said
the coalition managed to function for three years already, despite
prognoses that say otherwise.
