polling stations for Slovenian presidential and local elections.

The State Electoral Commission reported no irregularities in the
morning.
First unofficial results of the presidential ballot can be expected
after 09.00 pm Sunday.
Of nine candidates who are running in the presidential race, the
current prime minister Janez Drnovsek stands the best chances to
win. He is followed by a former state prosecutor, Barbara
Berzigar.
The incumbent Slovene President is Milan Kucan whose second and
last term of office is expiring.
