ZAGREB, Oct 22 (Hina) - General Janko Bobetko's physician Mijo

functioning entirely adequately. #L#
General Bobetko's life depends on the electrostimulator, and its
coming to a halt would cause a heart failure, Bergovec said in front
of Bobetko's house after examining the general.
Bergovec said there was a dysfunction in the electrostimulator
which could be corrected. Dr. Berislav Radic, who implanted the
electrostimulator, will carry out examinations on Wednesday and
Thursday and repair the electrostimulator.
Asked whether he would be able to convince Bobetko to undergo
hospital treatment, Bergovec said that he had stated on a number of
occasions that it would be best for Bobetko to be treated in
hospital and that it was very difficult to treat him at home in an
adequate and satisfactory manner.
"However, the general insists that he be treated at home," Bergovec
said.
