The students sued the Croatian Education Ministry, Medjimurje
County and local primary schools.
The classes are formed in line to the pedagogical principles, and in
compliance with the findings of commissions which establish the
mental and physical situation of pupils. The formation of classes
is done in order to be stimulating to all the children, read a ruling
of the panel of judges, chaired by Judge Milko Sambolek.
With the formation of classes and the implementation of the
curriculum the sued party does not do any illegal act, which was
claimed by the complaining party, as it is established that the
division has not been done on the grounds of the ethnic or racial
origins of the complainants, the ruling added.
