According to Potocnik, procedures for obtaining new licences will
begin in December, because an agreement with Croatian on a
temporary fishing regime in the bay, which expires at the end of
this year, will most probably be prolonged for another four
months.
The permits handed out today also include a code of conduct at sea
and a fishermen's diary.
