In Piran, they agreed to extend a moratorium on the fishing in the
contentious stretch, and let the Croatian and Slovene governments
solve the problem of the fishing.
In the meantime, Croatian and Slovene Premier Ivica Racan and Janez
Drnovsek agreed on a temporary regime on the sea, but the fishermen
expressed their dissatisfaction with the Racan-Drnovsek
agreement.
