The Hague prosecution requested of the tribunal to issue an order to
the Macedonian government to hand over five cases to the Office of
the Chief Prosecutor.
The cases relate to the investigation of four cases of crimes
allegedly committed by Albanian troops against the Macedonian
population, and one case alleging the Macedonian army committed a
crime against Albanian civilians in 2001.
The tribunal dismissed the prosecution's request that Macedonian
authorities hand over all current and future investigations and
prosecutions.
