Even though subpoenaed to appear before the Panel of Judges,
witness Zeljko Segaric failed to put an appearance and Judge
Mokovic issued a warrant to have the witness appear before the
court. When he was brought before the court, Judge Mokovic decided
to exclude the public and the accused, Zorana Banic, out of the
court room while the witness testified. The witness was a 12 year
old boy at the time when the crime was committed and now suffers
psychological disturbances.
The trial against Zorana Banic will continue with an overview of the
documentation belonging to the former Yugoslav Peoples' Army and
former Serb paramilitary units.
