At the Pristina rally, Rugova reminded that his party had won the
last municipal election in 2000.
He is convinced that his party will score a great victory also at the
coming local elections, set for 26 October.
He described the coming poll as a part of the process of the
strengthening of democratic structures in Kosovo.
