The Croatian ministry asked the Croatian Post to exempt the Bosnian
voters from paying the postal duty when they send envelopes with
their votes from Croatia to the Sarajevo-based Electoral
Commission, and the Post positively responded to the request on 9
September.
The ministry believes that this benefit will facilitate a higher
turnout for the general elections, scheduled for 5 October in
Bosnia.
