Mayor Milan Djukic informed Linic about problems in the dynamics of
reconstruction in the municipality.
"Only 43 out of 621 family houses in Donji Lapac have been rebuilt
and we expect the Public Works and Reconstruction Ministry to step
up efforts and reconstruction works on the whole," Djukic said.
Linic described the talks as successful and expressed satisfaction
that municipal authorities were trying to solve problems together,
regardless of their nationality.
Linic spoke critically about the conduct of the administration,
which he said either did not want to work or was obstructing
projects, thus possibly expressing intolerance, including
intolerance towards other nationalities.
Linic said that one of the problems of the incumbent government was
its failure to force the administration, regardless of whether it
was local offices, funds or staff charged with speeding up
reconstruction, to work in a responsible manner.
