Entitled to the programme are all loan beneficiaries who are active
independent entrepreneurs or craftsmen, or were but are now
unemployed. This benefit refers also to beneficiaries who used
loans to invest in agriculture.
The interest rate will be reduced by two percent, while it will be
possible to serve the rest of the debt over a ten-year period in
equal monthly annuities, the government said in a statement.
The government today also adopted several other decisions, and
forwarded into parliamentary procedure a bill on the government's
authorities, which proposes that the government regulate certain
issues from the parliament's jurisdiction via decrees.
Under the bill, the government can legislate economic policy issues
when parliament is not in session. These government decrees cannot
change the state budget, introduce taxes, or regulate issues which
are in the exclusive jurisdiction of parliament.
