Bajic and Puliselic were in The Hague last month within a Croatian
delegation, led by a Vice Premier, Goran Granic.
During that visit to the Tribunal, Granic announced the working
meeting of top officials of the prosecution of his country
prosecution and the tribunal in order to agree on the operational
forms of their cooperation.
During the visit in June, the two sides agreed that Zagreb would
produce documentation about persons from the former Yugoslavia
such as Radovan Karadzic, Milan Martic and Veljko Kadijevic whom
the Croatian judiciary would not process.
During the visit which Carla del Ponte paid to Croatia in May, it was
agreed that the tribunal would sent to Zagreb documentation
pertaining to low-profile war criminals which Croatian courts
might process. Thus, Croatia recently received some documents on
the abuse in the Lora military camp. The Lora trial is under way in
the coastal city of Split.
