The strikers began their action at 03.00 pm Wednesday, and several
Adria Airways planes landed in Zagreb instead of Ljubljana on
Wednesday due to the strike.
A union leader, Ziga Ogrizek, was quoted by the Slovenian
Television as saying that the union was forced to stop the strike,
after it received a decision of the government, that air-traffic
controllers had to do their regular duties during their industrial
action as well.
Ogrizek said he was expecting the negotiations with the authorities
and airport administration.
