"I do not consider the new government legitimate, but I do consider
it legal, because the procedure was conducted in line with the
Constitution and law. The HSLS has thus again become an opposition
party," Budisa told reporters in front of the government.
Racan's resignation was one of the ways to solve the crisis and it is
in line with the Constitution and law, Budisa said, adding,
however, that he believed the crisis should have been solved with
elections, which he said was what would eventually happen.
Commenting on relations in his party, Budisa said the party would do
away with party members who had put themselves in the service of
other political parties and announced that they would be ousted.
