ZAGREB, June 24 (Hina) - Leaders of the five ruling Croatian parties and heads of the parties' parliamentary benches and committees, on Monday afternoon began a meeting in the government's offices to try reach agreement on some open
issues. The meeting is being held behind the closed doors. On Saturday, leaders of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), the Croatian Peasant Party (HSS), the Croatian People's Party (HNS), the Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS) and the Liberal party (LS) also held a meeting to settle some disputes. After the meeting they said they would continue working together by solving open issues. According to statements the leaders gave after that meeting, there are about 20 topics on which they should reach agreement.
