Before departure, Tomcic told reporters at Zagreb's Pleso airport
his talks in Macedonia would focus on ways of intensifying
bilateral relations and stability in the region.
Tomcic is to meet the president of the Macedonian parliament,
Stojan Andov, head of state Boris Trajkovski, Prime Minister Ljubce
Georgijevski, and Foreign Minister Slobodan Casule.
Despite reporters' insistence, Tomcic refused to comment on the
latest Croatian ruling coalition crisis.
