Milosevic's regime directly controlled these services, the witness
said at the trial which the International Criminal Tribunal for the
former Yugoslavia (ICTY) is conducting against Milosevic, charged
with genocide in Kosovo.
They (security services) were active in terrorism instead of
eliminating it, said the witness K-6, of the Albanian origin, who
used to work for the Kosovo Service of State Security (SDB) until
the end of 1998.
The defendant was very well informed about everything, even about
details, the witness asserted.
He also spoke about the harassment of local Albanian population
committed by the Red Berets.
