Perisic and others have the right to appeal the investigation
request, which they received on Friday. It will be known next week
if the investigation against the three on espionage charges will
continue.
Momcilo Perisic was arrested together with a US diplomat in a
Belgrade restaurant in mid-March on suspicion of espionage.
Shortly after the incident, he resigned to his post as Serbian
Deputy Prime Minister in charge of security issues.
