Cooperation between Croatia and Ukraine in this area has not been
especially developed, but the two countries share similar
international goals, primarily the wish to build a democratic
defence system and access international defence and security
associations, Rados told reporters after the signing.
General Shkidchenko expressed satisfaction with the fact that the
visit of the Ukrainian military delegation occurred when Croatia
was celebrating its Armed Forces Day on Tuesday. He said that only
true friends were invited to visit on such days.
Rados said the two spoke about concrete cooperation in the area of
renewing armoured, airforce and sailing technologies.
