Sarkic previously told the Beta news agency that five Hague
tribunal indictees who reported for surrender had 15 days to go to
The Hague. For Mile Mrksic the deadline has been extended to 30 days
owing to poor health.
If the said accused fail to report in due time, the indictments
against them will be delivered to the Yugoslav judiciary, as
envisaged by the law on cooperation with the UN tribunal, said
Sarkic.
The six of 23 Yugoslav indictees who reported for surrender are
Dragoljub Ojdanic, Nikola Sainovic, Milan Martic, Mile Mrksic,
Vladimir Kovacevic, and Momcilo Gruban.
