have contacted the Belgrade District Court, the news agency Beta reported on Sunday.

One person, indicted for war crimes in the Dubrovnik area,
contacted the court on Saturday, while two more contacted the court
on Sunday.
The Yugoslav Justice Ministry said that the indictments would be
forwarded to the court after the expiry of a three-day deadline
given to the indictees to surrender. The deadline was to expire on
Monday at noon, but was extended due to the weekend.
Assistance Justice Minister Nebojsa Sarkic said that the Yugoslav
government would give guarantees for Dragoljub Ojdanic, former
Yugoslav Army Chief-of-Staff, who was indicted for war crimes in
Kosovo in 1999, so that he could wait for his trial in freedom as he
surrendered voluntarily.
Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic said today that the best
solution for indictees from the Hague list who were from Serbian
citizens was to voluntarily contact competent bodies.
