told Hina on Thursday.#L#
Hartmann said that Gotovina's defence would be able to introduce
evidence which would set Gotovina free during the trial.
Gotovina's defence attorney Luka Misetic said earlier this week
that it was ICTY Prosecutor Carla del Ponte's ethic duty to re-
examine the indictment and withdraw it as unfounded.
The ICTY indicted Gotovina on command responsibility for crimes
committed during and after the Croatian military and police
operation of Storm.
