The Belgrade District Court has conducted all legal activities
regarding the extradition request and returned the case to the
Ministry of Justice, which is authorised to pass a final decision on
the extradition, the president of the court, Vida Petrovic-Skero
said.
According to Sarkic's assistant, the extradition request,
submitted by Bosnia-Herzegovina, was submitted a long time ago, and
recently the Justice Ministry received the extradition request
from Germany.
Yugoslav Federal Justice Minister Savo Markovic said both requests
were legitimate because Delimustafic was wanted for finical
transactions and embezzlements, Sarkic said.
He said that at the end, Delimustafic would most probably be
extradited to Bosnia, because he is Bosnian citizens and Bosnia
demanded his extradition first.
