Delimustafic spent about two months in Belgrade prior to his arrest
on February 17, when a forged ID card was found on him to the name of
Gojko Mitrovic. Police also found a Croatian passport on his person
and an ID card with his true name.
Bosnian authorities have forwarded a request to Belgrade for
Delimustafic's extradition.
Two international arrest warrants have been issued against
Delimustafic for suspicion of abuse of public office and forging of
documents.
Belgrade's daily "Danas" writes on Monday that unofficial sources
said he would be extradited to Bosnia as soon as the end of the trial
tomorrow, since there is allegedly an agreement between Yugoslavia
and Bosnia under which Delimustafic will not be kept in
Yugoslavia.
