BELGRADE, March 29 (Hina) - The Serbian Interior Ministry is authorised for the implementation of a regulation on the direct implementation of the Statute of the UN war crimes tribunal (ICTY) and a decision on who will be extradited
to the ICTY and when, Serbian Justice Minister Vladan Batic said in an interview for Belgrade daily "Borba" on Friday. The State Justice Ministry has forwarded to the interior ministry all indictments received from the federal ministry, Batic said. The minister again accused Yugoslav President Vojislav Kostunica of obstructing cooperation with the Hague-based war crimes tribunal. Batic said the President was constantly raising the question about the law on cooperation with the ICTY, but in reality he did not want the law to be passed.(hina) it
