"I can guarantee that Karadzic is not in Montenegro at this moment
or that he came to Montenegro before," Jovicevic told reporters. He
added, "Montenegro is undertaking all activities in this regard as
part of cooperation with international organisations."
The minister said NATO's Stabilisation Force in Bosnia and
Herzegovina was evidently unable to arrest Karadzic. "In part they
are passing these issues onto Montenegro, i.e. the Interior
Ministry."
Jovicevic voiced hope "all this won't change the fair relations
between Montenegro and the Hague tribunal."
