Enver Hasani, a professor of international law at the Pristina University, told Kosovo Television on Saturday night "the agreement between Serbia and Montenegro represented a legal step prejudging the status of Kosovo." He said the agreement was presenting Kosovo as a part of Serbia. "If Resolution 1244 of the UN Security Council prejudged Kosovo as a part of Yugoslavia...this agreement indicates that the status of Kosovo will be solved within Serbia if Montenegro decides to separate after three years," Hasani said. international community were done to close the door to Kosovo's

Luljzim Peci, a Kosovo expert in international relations, is also
afraid for the future of Kosovo in case Montenegro splits off.
