SARAJEVO, March 27 (Hina) - After almost a month of negotiations, representatives of three political parties from Bosnia-Herzegovina on Tuesday evening signed a document on constitutional changes in the country. The document, composed
by High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch, was signed by the Social Democratic Party (SDP), the Party for Bosnia-Herzegovina and the New Croat Initiative. According to the document drafted by the High Representative, national interests in Bosnia-Herzegovina will be protected by the House of Peoples in the Federation's parliament, while the same task in Republika Srpska will be performed by the People's Council.
