ZAGREB, March 22 (Hina) - A delegation of the European Union of Judges (EUJ) on Friday met heads of the Croatian State Judicial Council (DSV), the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and the Justice Ministry to discuss the
situation in the Croatian judiciary. The two member EUJ delegation included the EUJ honorary president, Austrian judge Gunter Woratsch, and Slovene judge Maja Tratnik. A decision on their visit to Croatia was passed in Madrid at an EUJ session, after a delegation of the Croatian Judges' Association submitted a report on the situation in Croatia's judiciary. The EUJ delegation held talks with DSV president Stanko Hautz, Supreme Court President Ivica Crnic, Constitutional Court president Smiljko Sokol and deputy Justice Minister Miljenko Kovac.
