ZAGREB, Feb 14 (Hina) - The Croatian government adopted at Thursday's closed-door session a draft regulation on conditions for wholesale trade and trade in some goods with foreign countries as well as a draft regulation on changes to
the regulation on the auctioning of some wood products, the government's public relations office said in a statement. The government adopted a draft decision on determining the quantity of liquid oil fuels which can be traded on the domestic market although they do not meet oil quality standards as defined by the Regulation on Quality Standards for Liquid Oil Fuels. The decision enables equal competition for the allocation of quotas and the sale of liquid oil fuels on the domestic market. The government decided to initiate proceedings for the signing of a contract on guarantees with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for the construction of a ship at Pula's Ulja

The contract with the consortium Price Waterhouse Coopers and
Deutsche Bank on the provision of financial advice in the process of
privatisation of the Croatian Oil Industry (INA) has been extended
and amended.
The government adopted a proposal on signing an agreement with the
World Trade Organisation on holding the 39th annual meeting of the
WTO's Commission for Europe in Cavtat on May 8-12, 2002.
