ZAGREB, Feb 12 (Hina) - Croatia does not have, and cannot have, anything against Bosnia's arranging its tax system, as taxes and excise are not a part of agreements on free trade, the Croatian Economy Ministry was the first to react
to an announcement by Bosnian authorities on increasing excise taxes. Internal legislation referring to taxes is an individual country's matter, and agreements on free trade do not involve the regulation of the issue. An agreement on free trade between Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina states Croatian products, in this case, should not be discriminated against, Assistant Economy Minister Olgica Spevec told Hina. According to yesterday's announcements coming from Bosnia, the Council of Ministers could be discussing draft measures for the change of incumbent regime on high tariff goods next week.
