ZAGREB, Feb 8 (Hina) - Croatian President Stipe Mesic and Prime Minister Ivica Racan resumed talks on the re-organisation of intelligence services on Friday, the President's Office said in a statement. The meeting is being held behind
closed doors and Mesic and Racan will not give statements after the talks. After a working meeting with President Mesic held on February 4, Racan said the situation in secret services was "catastrophic and prolonging it is not allowable." After the first meeting, the Prime Minister said a bill on secret services would soon be announced and added he was optimistic.(hina) it
