ZAGREB, Feb 4 (Hina) - President Stjepan Mesic and Prime Minister Ivica Racan and their negotiating teams have met at the Prekrizje villa on Monday to discuss the reorganisation of the intelligence community. The Prime Minister said
"the situation (in this field) is catastrophic and prolonging it is not allowable." He said they would soon announce a bill on intelligence services. Racan said he was optimistic, expressing hope the intelligence service reform would be successful. Commenting on Drazen Budisa's appointment as the president of the Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS), Racan said he had nothing elese to add to the congratulations which he extended as on behalf of his Social Democrats (SDP) We accept HSLS' choice, the Prime Minister added.(hina) it
