MOSTAR, Feb 6 (Hina) - The president of the Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ante Jelavic, on Wednesday called on Croatian President Stjepan Mesic, Prime Minister Ivica Racan and parliament speaker Zlatko Tomcic to "in
accordance with the constitutional obligations of the Republic of Croatia and its rights as a signatory to the Dayton Agreement, become more active in the processes aimed at a long-term constitutional, legal and true position of the Croat people in Bosnia". The current suggestions by the High Representative to Bosnia's constitutional and legal commissions, unfortunately, do not harmonise entity systems with the Bosnian Constitution, but rather superficially change them with the aim of dividing the country into two, apparently, civil entities with a Serb and Bosniak minority.
