ZAGREB, Jan 22 (Hina) - The Hague war crimes tribunal on Monday adopted the second objection submitted by the defence to the indictment against Croatian general Rahim Ademi, who is charged with crimes against the Serb population in
the Pocket of Medak area in September 1993. Attorney Cedo Prodanovic told Hina on Tuesday the tribunal's prosecutor's office would have to state the names of the villages and hamlets in which the crimes Ademi is charged with were committed. The prosecutor's office will thus have to amend the indictment once again. The first objection was made last November, when the defence claimed the indictment was unclear and did not state the site and time of the crimes, the names of the victims, or the property that was destroyed or damaged.(hina) ha
