ZAGREB, Jan 14 (Hina) - A hearing at which the International Criminal Tribunal for former Yugoslavia (ICTY) will decide on a request submitted by General Rahim Ademi's defence attorneys that he be released from Scheveningen prison
until the beginning of the trial, will probably take place January 30 or 31, Ademi's defence attorneys said Monday. Attorney Cedo Prodanovic today received a preliminary and still unofficial notice on this issue from the Hague-based tribunal. The First Deputy Prime Minister, Goran Granic, who should give government's additional guarantees for Ademi's temporary release from the prison, will attend the hearing.(hina) np sb
