According to a press release issued by the OHR on Monday, it is necessary to find solutions which will make it possible for the 'Aluminij' company to operate as this is important for the country's economy, and the OHR calls on all parties to reach a fair agreement on power supplies which will be based on sound economic foundations. Last month, the state-run Elektroprivreda BiH company terminated a long-term contract with the German Debis company which bought via agents the power supplies for the Mostar plant. The European Commission's Delegation reported that successful continuation in providing 'Aluminij' with electricity played an important role in improving the business climate in Bosnia and could encourage foreign business people to invest in the country.
