ZAGREB, Dec 23 (Hina) - Prime Minister-designate Ivo Sanader of the Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) party presented the programme and composition of his government in the parliament on Tuesday.

Croatian Democratic Union (HDZ) party presented the programme and
composition of his government in the parliament on Tuesday.#L#
The programme of the new government will be a programme of change to
ensure reliability that citizens want, Sanader said, adding that
Croatia needs a stable and efficient government to carry out tasks and
commitments at both domestic and international levels.
Sanader will ask MPs to vote for confidence in his government, which
will consist of 14 ministers, six less than the outgoing government.
Jadranka Kosor has been nominated deputy prime minister and minister
of family, war veterans' affairs and inter-generation solidarity, and
Andrija Hebrang deputy prime minister and minister of health and
social welfare.
Miomir Zuzul has been nominated foreign minister, Marijan Mlinaric
interior minister, Berislav Roncevic defence minister, and Ivan Suker
finance minister.
Branko Vukelic would be Minister of the Economy, Labour and
Entrepreneurship, Bozidar Kalmeta would run the Ministry of the Sea,
Tourism, Transport and Development, while Petar Cobankovic would be in
charge of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management.
Marina Matulovic Dropulic would be responsible for the Ministry of
Environmental Protection, Zoning and Construction, Kolinda Grabar
Kitarovic would be in charge of the Ministry of European Integration,
while Bozo Biskupic would be at the helm of the Ministry of Culture.
The only two non-HDZ ministers would be Vesna Skare Ozbolt of the
Democratic Centre (DC) party, who would fill the post of Minister of
Justice, and independent representative Dragan Primorac, who would be
Minister of Science, Education and Sport.
