Endorsing in principle Sanader's plans to reduce the number of
ministries, Gredelj proposed that the justice ministry be
separated from the administration and local self-government.
In a three-branch system of government it is unacceptable to link
the judiciary and the administration, which is part of the
executive authority, said Gredelj.
He proposed that the administration be part of the interior
ministry.
