The ruling orders the government to submit to Ante Gotovina's
lawyers by Thursday 77 documents it has already forwarded to the
Hague tribunal concerning the Gotovina case. Proceedings in
connection with other documents the attorneys have requested
continue.
The office for cooperation with the Hague tribunal has asked the
execution of the ruling be postponed due to the irreparable damage
it says might be caused by the submission of the documents.
The State Prosecutor's Office, representing the government, has to
lodge the appeal by tomorrow.
