According to the November 2002 census, 64.18 percent of the
population is Macedonian while 25.17 percent are ethnic
Albanians.
Turks make up 3.85 percent, Roma 2.66, Serbs 1.74, and Bosniaks 0.84
percent of the population, while 20,993 persons declared
themselves as members of other ethnic minorities, including
Croats.
