All legal possibilities for postponing the transfer once again have
been exhausted after the trial chamber in charge of his trial
considered Strugar's medical papers twice, the council said.
The council did not outline the measures it had taken to execute the
order, saying only they were necessary so as to avoid bringing the
country's international position into question.
The council did not say when Strugar will go to The Hague. He was on
temporary release pending trial, scheduled to start on Wednesday.
