PODGORICA, Dec 3 (Hina) - Retired Yugoslav People's Army General Pavle Strugar, charged with the shelling of Croatia's Dubrovnik in 1991, has to report to the Hague war crimes tribunal by Dec. 5, his attorney Goran Rodic told
reporters on Wednesday, adding that he had received in writing a decision of the trial chamber under which Strugar was given until Friday to arrive.

Pavle Strugar, charged with the shelling of Croatia's Dubrovnik in
1991, has to report to the Hague war crimes tribunal by Dec. 5, his
attorney Goran Rodic told reporters on Wednesday, adding that he
had received in writing a decision of the trial chamber under which
Strugar was given until Friday to arrive. #L#
Rodic did not, however, say whether his client would indeed appear
at The Hague on Friday or under what terms.
Strugar's trial is scheduled to begin on the ninth. Under a prior
decision, he was to appear in court by Dec. 2 but the trial chamber
today postponed the deadline until the fifth. Strugar is
hospitalised in Montenegro's Podgorica.
