Vladan Nikolic of Serbia-Montenegro won first prize, while
Croatians Dunja Jankovic and Miroslav Nemeth won second and third.
They will receive the awards on the 30th, when the festival closes.
The event, featuring 120 comic strips, has been organised by Radio
