Ivica Racan cabinet arranged the handover of the prime minister's
office and of every ministry. #L#
Racan will hand over to the new PM a report on Croatia in the 2000-3
period, the government's answers to a European Commission
questionnaire, a note on state finances, the draft budget for 2004,
a report on a memorandum of understanding with the International
Monetary Fund, a Croatian Privatisation Fund report on
privatisation processes that were carried out, a report on the
repossession of property by displaced persons and refugees, and a
note on relations with the war crimes tribunal in The Hague.
The new PM will also receive the minutes of every session the
outgoing government held.
The government bound all ministries today to prepare reports on
performance and finances as well as notes on the most important
activities underway and those lying ahead.
Every government office and administrative agency will have to
prepare such reports as well.
